Brigadoon

One of Saba's better restaurants is located on the main street in Windwardside. Although the location is less tempting than some of the other wonderful eateries on the island, chef Michael attracts patrons with his culinary skills. It seems like whatever ingredients this man touches miraculously change into a mouthwatering starter, main course or dessert. The menu offers an interesting mix of Caribbean and Middle Eastern cuisine with the crab cake, conch fritters, fresh grouper and the lamb being our favourites. Enjoy the excellent house wine in the casual atmosphere of this centuries-old house, which feels more like somebody’s living room than a top-notch restaurant. Not the place for romantic views, Brigadoon is an inland highlight for true foodies, but make a reservation as it fills up quickly.
