If one restaurant in Bonaire lives up to its name, its Spice. Whatever course you order from the well balanced menu, be sure that enough spices are added to enjoy your meal to the fullest. So forget the salt & pepper, olive oil and balsamic bottles on the table and enjoy it's splendid waterfront location. And although the tables are not lined with white tablecloths or fancy silver work, this is still an excellent choice for fine dining without breaking the bank.
