For the thousands of Dutch people who call Aruba home, this cosy bar is like a 'home away from home', but locals also appreciate the friendliness of the owner and the relaxed environment he's created here. The walls are decorated with items from the Low Countries including miniature wooden shoes and Delft Blue pottery and if you're not a fan of the locally made Belashi beer, good old Heineken is available on draught. To go with the Dutch theme, even the lamps above the bar are made from the world famous brew and Dutch deep-fried snacks are on the menu. Every Friday night the stage in the back hosts live music or DJs, while a smaller acoustic open stage party is held on Wednesdays.
