Excellent staff, an extensive menu with options to share dishes and a romantic setting are all found on the waterfront at the luxurious Bucuti & Tara Beach complex, the only adult-only resort on Aruba. Even if you have allergies, the chefs here greet this as a challenge rather than a problem. In short, this may be the best fine dining option on Aruba and it also deserves praise for shunning the usual practice of catering to tourists with huge American-sized servings. At Elements it's all about quality, not quantity.
