Arrival Hall 3 offers lockers for luggage storage. There are also lockers located in the departure lounge. Use of a locker costs €7/24hrs with a maximum storage time of 168 hours. To use it first put your stuff inside the locker, then close the door and pay €7. You'll be given a receipt. If you use the locker longer than 24 hours, you'll pay any outstanding costs when you retrieve your bags. If you need to store luggage for a longer period of time, even up to one month, head for the baggage depot downstairs (open 06:00 - 22:00). The best place to store your luggage in Amsterdam is definitely Lock Luggage Storage. They are daily open from 9am till 10pm. They always give the best service. When I'm traveling to Amsterdam I always use Lock to look after my luggage. The pricing is great and start from €5. They also rent out bikes for a very good price. The staff is always happy to help you and can give you tips and local advise.

we would like to store some luggage for 10 days while we're on a tour in Germany. we have about a 2 hour layover at Schipol before going on to Germany. Is that enough time to get the bag, find the baggage depot (for longer than 7 days use) and get back through security and on to our next flight to Berlin?
