The name is more for what they offer rather than the decor which is pleasant and vaguely old-colonial, but not particularly English. The teas are all by the famous English tea blenders, Whittard, and they also serve coffee and hot chocolate. The food is European with a good selection of meat dishes and salads. Our favourite was the meat soup with cognac while the manager's choice would be the pancakes.
