This is definitely only recommended in fine weather as the restaurant is set in the forest, part way up the mountain from Dragalevtsi Square. As the name implies, a charming watermill welcomes guests to a traditional Bulgarian restaurant setting with regular folklore programme. This is now the only place in Sofia to witness the ‘Nestinari’- fire walking according to the ancient Bulgarian tradition.
