A space for quality art cinema and events related to it and the wide spectrum of audio-visual arts and cultural heritage. The center has three cinemas, a hall for seminars, presentations and trainings, an amateur cinema museum, a cozy cafe and a garden, which during the warm months turns into the "Kinodvor G8" for outdoor screenings.
The center's mission is to promote film culture through the selection and screening of quality and diverse world film productions. Emphasis in the programming of the cinema is Bulgarian and European film art, present not only in the regular weekly program, but also in a number of festivals, panoramas and special film events. G8 Cultural Center is among the traditional locations and hosts of the most popular annual film festivals, as well as special cinema events organized in partnership with cultural and educational institutions, institutes and embassies.
