Full height glazing, raw brick walls, industrial lamps and multi-coloured wooden chairs with a central stainless steel cook & grill station welcome the diner into what was the first of now several Gourmet Burger venues in Sofia. On offer – quality burgers and steaks in a genuine ‘diner’ style presentation with had cut fries. There is a choice of 6 or so burgers made with prime Irish beef patties – plus one vegetarian (aubergine and goat’s cheese) and a skinny option i.e. no bun. Additionally there are is selection of steaks (fillet or rib-eye) and half a dozen salad choices and regular monthly specials. All meat is served medium, so be sure to mention to your waiter when ordering if you would like yours well done. If you still need to boost your calorie intake why not try one of their tasty milk shakes or traditional desserts such as baked cheesecake or doughnut holes.
