With the upcoming third series of Derry Girls set to be the last, Hastings Hotels and McComb’s Coach Travel have teamed up to launch a new Derry Girls Experience day trip from Belfast to Derry-Londonderry. 

This fabulous new experience will give fans the chance to be a Derry Girl for the day, visiting famous filming locations and enjoying afternoon tea inspired by the show. What could be sweeter than deliving into a culinary selection of sausage roll baps, fresh cream horns, a cone of chips and Tayto cheese and onion sarnies?

And continuing the set-jetting theme, due to overwhelming demand the recently launched Line of Duty Experience will run with additional capacity from Belfast's iconic Europa Hotel. Fans can follow in the footsteps of their favourite coppers from AC-12 and namecheck "Jesus, Mary, Joseph and the wee donkey" to their hearts' content. 

The Derry Girls Experience departs from the Europa Hotel onboard a luxurious McComb’s coach and connects with Derry's award-winning McCrossan City Tours. Guests will be regaled with great banter and craic about the series and also hear from a local expert guide about life in the Bogside during the Troubles. 

See the Guildhall where President Clinton visited in the early 90s - as portrayed in Season 2 - and take a selfie at the famous Derry Girls Mural. Then head to the city's Everglades Hotel where you can indulge in its famous Derry Girls Afternoon Tea and grab your very own Michelle, the Derry Girls duck before returning back to Belfast. 

Your Line of Duty Experience starts with tea, coffee and a muffin at Belfast's Europa Hotel before taking in some of the series' most recognisable filming locations. After the tour, relax with fellow fans over lunch with a glass of wine or pint of beer in the Europa's Causerie restaurant. Guests will also receive the (Ted) Hastings’ Line of Duty duck featuring some of Northern Ireland’s best-known sayings.
