Liverpool’s history might be tied to the sea but there is plenty of land to sink your teeth in around here. The so-called Centre of the Creative Universe wouldn’t be the city it is without plenty of green spaces for artists to stroll through and ponder, and we’ve been guilty of taking a walk or three when looking for new ways to describe restaurants as ‘traditional yet modern’. These are the finest green spaces in a city that isn’t lacking in the things.
