The Museum of the Department of the History of Pharmacy (PL: Muzeum Zakładu Historii Farmacji w Lublinie) at
is located in a beatifully-preserved pharmacy building on ul. Grodzka in Lublin Old Town   

The facility was established in 1975 as the Historical Pharmacy Hall of the Lublin Region with its seat at ul. Mieszka I. Due to its location, however, it was not popular among the visitors, so a decision was made to relocate the collection. In the years 1983–1988, the exhibition was located in a building at ul. Bramowa, and since 1988 its seat has been a pharmacy at ul. Grodzka.

Currently, the museum occupies two rooms. The first exhibits old pharmacy furniture with a collection of historic pharmaceutical glass (bottles, jars) and pharmacy tools. On the other hand, in the second (laboratory and warehouse) collection of documents (prescriptions, labels) and a rich collection of scales.

The museum is a year-round facility, open from Tuesday to Friday. Admission is free.
