Far from the tourist track and seemingly well out of place, the obscure, isolated location is actually key for this somewhat scruffy, but thoroughly charming little cafe-pub. Deep in Salwator (directly next to the tram roundabout), Zielono Mi perfectly captures the atmosphere of Kraków's most green and peaceful district. Crooning blues mavens with charcoal voices seem to stoke the fireplace in winter, while the colourful garden attracts runners and cyclists, as well as local dog walkers in summertime. With delicious coffee, beer, some surprisingly tasty home-cooking, and lots of boardgames, this is the perfect place to retreat and relax after a trek to the top of Kościuszko Mound, or a hike through Las Wolski. Recommended.
